Mission Adventures Townsville offers you a dynamic and life-changing trip We give you and your team the opportunity to experience volunteering in a new and unique way, unlike any other!
With every outreach youth are given the chance to grow in their faith, get equipped and trained, and gain exposure to different cultures. With a goal to have their horizons broadened and perspectives changed, our focus is to empower youth to share their faith and serve the needs of others. They will also work alongside other youth workers who will challenge, encourage, and champion them to live life to the fullest and to embrace the adventure that God has called them to.
This program will help you in developing your youth group in the areas of service, sharing, prayer, community engagement and team building.

Mission Adventures Schoolies is an unforgettable Year 12 experience for you and your friends! Whether you’ve done Mission Adventures before or it’s your first time, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Surrounded by like-minded people, you and your friends will be immersed in the heart of the YWAM Townsville community to experience volunteering and missions in a fun and unique way! Here at YWAM, you will connect with people from many nations, backgrounds, ages, and cultures!
Our goal is for you to be empowered to live life to the fullest and to embrace the adventure that God has called you to! Mission Adventures will help you develop in areas of service, sharing, prayer, leadership, community engagement, and other life skills!

How to register
1) Fill out Form 1 and pay the Participant Non-refundable Deposit of $100 by November 1st, 2011.
2) YWAM staff will contact you to let you know of your acceptance into the program.
3) Fill out Form 2 and the final payment by November 15th, 2011. (Including your travel details)

Our heartbeat is helping young people and with over 72,000 young people in North Queensland alone, we’ve got our work cut out for us! While today’s youth are facing incredible challenges, they are also equipped with the most amazing resources and we believe they have a part to play in the world.
Our region extends from Australia to the South-East Asia/Pacific region and we are strategically positioned to make a difference. Over the next 5 – 10 years we have committed to a partnership with Papua New Guinea and are currently working to help achieve the ‘Millennium Development Goals’ and to see this nation’s quality of life improved. YWAM’s Medical Ship is an integral aspect of this endeavour.
We’ve also reached out into Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, New Zealand, East Timor, Indonesia, Irian Jaya, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and more.
