Charlotte

This emerging southern city is well known as the second largest banking center in the USA.  In the shadows of the bank towers rests a very needy city with prominent urban challenges.  YWAM has had the privilege of linking hands with other ministries in Charlotte and the surrounding communities.  You will have opportunities to share Christ through service projects, children’s ministries, evangelism and mercy ministries. 

New Orleans (NOLA)

In 2005 the Gulf Coast region was devastated by Hurricanes Katrina & Rita.  There is still a lot of work to do in New Orleans.  Teams will be cleaning, gutting and rebuilding damaged homes as well as praying, listening and sharing with individuals and families.  We will also be doing children’s ministry, mercy ministry, evangelism and service projects.

New York City

With over 19 million residents, the “city that never sleeps” is the largest city in the United States. With so many nations and cultures represented, this is a great place for outreach!  There is a variety of different ministry opportunities such as prayer stations, homeless ministries, park evangelism and children’s ministry.
