Prepare to Count!

Hey International Mission Adventures Team Leaders! Greetings from sunny San Diego. We’re enjoying a fabulous Spring here in America’s Finest City, which means that those of us in North America are now frantically preparing for a busy Summer season of Mission Adventures Outreaches.

I’m sure you noticed that the super-awesome Wade and Erica Gadsby have blessed us all with an amazing report from Down Under. I was very encouraged to hear about how they and the Aussies are growing Mission Adventures in their region. If you haven’t seen it, you’re gonna wanna check it out, because the outreach testimony about helping Auntie Barbie rebuild after Cyclone Yasi is amazing.

So that brings me to the point of this post. I want you to create a report like this for your region. I know it may sound like a lot of work, but it’s really not. All you have to do is:

  1. Send an email message to the partners in your region with a link to fill out the Annual Report Form,* then
  2. Compile the information they send you, then
  3. Fill out the I-MALT Annual Report Form, then
  4. I’ll compile your data into one big massive encouraging worldwide Mission Adventures report—wahoo!

Your reports are to include activity from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012 and I want you to complete your I-MALT Annual Report no later than:

September 30, 2012

*Please Note: You’re gonna wanna test your form and make sure that you get the info. Here are links to each of the forms we’ve created for you. Click the appropriate one, fill it out with some dummy info, and click “Submit” and see if you get an email with that data. If not, contact me and ask me to have the form send the data to a different email address.

Thanks for the props Craig! It was all Erica though she totally is awesome (hence the marriage proposal).
Cheers Krystal for the testimony of Auntie Barby :-)
