Regional Report from New Zealand & Australia

New Zealand on the Side Courtesy NASA via earthobservatory.nasa.govWade and Erica Gadsby have put together a report for their region and it’s super exciting. Together with bases in Australia, these guys mobilzied nearly 500 people in 2011! You can check out all the stats below, and as you do, please thank God for all he’s done in and through our partners down under. Pray for a greater release this year, and let this be a reminder to you to compile your own region’s data.

Peace,

Craig

Outreach Testimony:
We spent the morning preparing for the adventures that laid ahead!  That afternoon we were going to be traveling to a different part of the island and stay at Auntie Barbie’s house.  She hadn’t been able to live in her house for 4 months since the Cyclone Yasi had blown the roof off of her house.  So we packed our tents, water, food, fishing net, etc and headed to the other end of the bay.  Arriving at her house was shocking.  I don’t think any of us expected it to look the way it did.  It was a tin shack, no running water, a metal barrel and campfire used for cooking, and a bed for furniture.  But at the same time we couldn’t believe the beautiful view that her home sit in.  We also were very encouraged to hear the stories and hear Auntie Barbie’s love and appreciation for her home!  It was a good reminder to us that you don’t need stuff to make you happy. So the men (including Mike & my dad) starting patching up the roof and walls with metal sheets they found laying around.  Us girls started to cut up firewood, put up the tents, and rake around the yard to make the place beautiful again!  I wish you could’ve seen Auntie Barbie’s face light up with happiness when she saw that she was finally going to be able to move back into her house!
