A Fresh Idea in Fundraising
Everybody loves coffee, right? So that means everyone will be interested in this fundraiser. We've formed a partnership with the coolest coffee company in the world, that's right, we're working with Ugly Mug Coffee. Together we've created an easy way for you and your group to raise funds for your Mission Adventure.
The Bean
We're talking 100% organic shade-grown Aribica here; it's the finest bean around. And this is a fair-trade deal too. Ugly Mug works directly with partner farmers and cooperatives to deliver incredible coffee. By paying a fair trade price, farmers can feed and clothe their families, receive adeqate medical care and provide education for their children. But it doesn't end there. Ugly Mug invests in short-term economic, social and medical relief programs, as well as long-term community and spiritual development that impacts the small family farmer. They help hundreds of coffee-growing families in dozens of communities all over the world.
The Deal
You'll sell the coffee, (and tea and hot chocoloate too) for $10 per bag. This is comparable to gourmet coffee at the supermarket, and your customers won't even have to make the trip. The best part is you'll pay just $6 per bag. Talk about a sweet deal--that means $4 per bag will go towards your group's Mission Adventure. If you sell more than 100 items, then the shipping is free! Sweet!
Starter Kit
You can order up a starter kit to kick off your fundraiser. It includes samples for tasting and ideas on how to maximize your efforts. You'll get one of each item, (9 total) for $45 (+$6 for shipping).
Roasted to Order
Ugly Mug wants to provide the freshest coffee possible, so they won't roast it until you order it. So be sure to figure in a week for turnaround.
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1: Take Orders—You can purchase product up front so you have inventory to work from, or you can get started right away by downloading the order form below. Print out as many as you need, and get your team out there raising the funds. If you like, you can order a Starter Kit that includes samples of all the products you'll be selling. You can use this kit to provide samples at your church services.
Step 2: Order Coffee—Compile your order, cut your check made out to Ugly Mug and send it in. About a week later you'll receive your coffee.
Step 3: Deliver—Send your team out to deliver the coffee to your customers.
That's all there is to it!
