India:
Have you ever wanted to experience an amazing, unique, and colorful culture? Then India is calling your name. Our key location is northern India. Your experience would be challenging and fulfilling. With less than 2.3% Christians in north India alone, many people in India are looking for the “truth that can set them free”. With the largest religion being Hinduism, (worshipping of many gods) and with Islam (the worship of a god and of man) close behind it, our call as Christians is to reach the lost and needy.
You can work with one of many Mother Teresa homes that help the dying, poor, and handicapped; you can’t help but be changed forever. You can build friendships and have the opportunity to evangelize. You can work in slums to provide a medical clinic. You can reach out to kids in an orphanage, by playing with them, and
holding them close. You can love on and serve widows. You can help minister to those with leprosy in a leper colony where society rejects them. You can do prayer walks in the city and at temples. You can help lead a Vacation Bible School for youth. You can help by coming alongside of church planters to encourage them, while seeing their churches. These things and many more are examples of outreaches we can facilitate and help set up for you. We have many contacts and lots experience working with our friends and partners in India. If there is a specific ministry you have on your heart, we may be able to make that a reality for you. All you need to do is give us an idea of your interest in ministry opportunities, sign up, and we will make it happen for you and your team. Go out and be Christ’s hands and feet in India to the poor, hurting , and those who need to hear that there is hope. Get ready for your world to be rocked, and your life changed forever!!

My name is Laura and I'm 16 years old. I was just wondering if there was an age limit to all of the mission trips?
Most of our participants are between the ages of 12 and 20. Some trips may require an age limit, but you'd have to contact the Youth With A Mission center that is hosting the trip to be sure if you're eligible for the trip you are interested in. If you'd like to know more about this trip to India, you can contact the YWAM center in Idaho here:
